Thinking free is one concept of Satanism, but also so is self-gain, indulgence of the seven deadly sins (mind you, the seven deadly sins (Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, Pride) are natural human emotions that should have never, ever been considered deadly and are only frowned upon by a ‘made-up’ deity) and a plethora of other things that help benefit YOU, and only those who help benefit you. People need to stop be so close minded and realize that Satanism is very, very logical and does not revolve around worshiping a false-prophet.

For real though, I’d recommend everyone to read the Satanic bible. It’s entirely a way of thinking. I wish people wouldn’t take the name to heart, I can’t stress enough how symbolic the philosophy of Satanism is, including it’s name.
